I handle logistics, timeline management, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination so you and your family can simply celebrate. If you don't have a coordinator you will be the one running your own wedding day!

Yes! I attend and lead your ceremony rehearsal to ensure I get to meet everyone and they all feel confident and know exactly where to be and when!

Travel within the greater Portland area is included in all of my packages. Weddings outside the greater Portland area or requiring overnight accommodations will incur a travel fee to cover mileage and accomodations. All travel costs are clearly outlined in your quote, and I always do my best to keep them as minimal as possible for my couples! Please reach out if you'd like a travel quote before inquiring!
