oregon wedding planner

Consider Them Answered.

Have Questions?

Absolutely. I communicate directly with your vendor team leading up to the wedding to confirm timelines, logistics, and final details. On the wedding day, I serve as the primary point of contact so you, your family, and your wedding party can simply enjoy the celebration without worrying about behind the scenes coordination.

Do you communicate with our vendors before the wedding?

Not at all. While weddings are my specialty, I also love planning lifes other meaningful celebrations.

I happily plan bridal showers, proposals, baby showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, and other special events. Simply share your vision through the inquiry form, and I will create a custom proposal tailored to your event.

Do you only plan weddings?

Travel throughout the greater Portland area is included in all wedding planning packages.

For weddings outside the greater Portland area or those requiring overnight accommodations, a travel fee may apply to cover mileage and lodging. Any travel costs will always be clearly outlined in your proposal, and I do my best to keep those expenses as minimal as possible. If you would like a travel estimate before inquiring, I would be happy to provide one.

Do you charge for travel?

Yes! I attend and lead your ceremony rehearsal to make sure everyone feels confident and knows exactly where to be before the wedding day. It is a great opportunity to answer questions, walk through the ceremony, and help everyone feel prepared.

Do you attend and lead our ceremony rehearsal?

To officially reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and a non-refundable 20 percent non refundable retainer are required. Once those are received, your date is secured and we can begin planning your celebration.

What is required to reserve our wedding date?

A wedding planner is involved throughout the planning process, helping with everything from vendor recommendations and design to logistics, budgeting, and bringing your overall vision to life. Planning support begins months before your wedding day.

A wedding coordinator steps in closer to the wedding to ensure everything you have planned is executed seamlessly. I take over communication with your vendor team, manage your timeline, oversee logistics, and handle any last minute details so you can relax, be fully present, and enjoy every moment.

What is the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding coordinator?

Not at all. You are welcome to work with any vendors you choose.

If you would like recommendations, I also provide a curated list of trusted vendors that I have personally worked with and confidently recommend. My goal is simply to help you build the team that feels like the best fit for your wedding.

Do you require couples to use specific vendors?
